The Bayview Restaurant and Starbar has changed ownership as of March 2008. The new owners, Curt and Jacquie Koon, moved to Marco Island in January of this year and are busy acclimating to the restaurant and the Marco Island community. After a busy season, they are happy to announce the new summer menu. The new menu combines many of the previous favorites with several new chef creations promising delicious choices for all.
